Fun experience
This was a fun experience. I’m glad we went but I doubt we will go again if given the opportunity. The game play rules are completely different than the show. That’s my fault though for not researching before hand. The producer/announcer was phenomenal. The host, he was alright. I didn’t like the fact we ended up having to wait in 3 lines. The first line was because the venue was changed so therefore we had to get different tickets. I didn’t know this was required. The second line was to register (although we completed the preregistration online). The third line was to get into the actual venue to get to our seats. The whole process took over an hour. The energy was pretty high in the beginning but towards the end of the “show” it had dwindled substantially. Overall though, we did have fun. The prizes were comparable to the show. A couple of trips outta state and some foreign trips as well. I’m glad we got to experience it but again, we probably won’t go back for another show.
Loved it. Fun. Fast paced. Great time.
Laughing, drinking having a blast even if you're not called to 'COME ON DOWN'! Everybody was pumped up for the show! Todd, the host was awesome. He was personable and had us laughing most of the time. The contestants were cheered and helped by the crowd as if it was the official show. It was at Effingham Performance Center, which is my favorite place to see all sorts of entertainment. It's small so no crowds, it's comfortable with plenty of leg room and what a great atmosphere! People are considerate so they're not standing or talking the whole time and so friendly you'd think you were at a family function. The only downfall was that it went by so fast. We could've and would've stayed until midnight had it gone that long. The Price is Right Live Stage Show is a must attend! If you agreed once you've seen the show, please give a thumbs up! I'm curious to see the results!
Classic bait and switch.
Ill start by saying im no sore looser. I was under the impression that this was the real price is right not a knock off show with different host that isnt played anything at all like the price is right. Rules are not the same the host helped the people win prizes with hints and 2nd chances they shouldnt have got. I was also under the impression when i purchased my tickets that I would be competing for a spot with around 40 to 50 people as seen on T.V. Unfortunately there where close to 1500 people if not more attending a show that is supposed to have 8 contestants. Nowhere in the fine print was this listed nor would I have even purchased a ticket to this place. Not to mention they charged me 26$ for two 20oz sprites after the left us in the hot sun for an hour. This is a joke. If I actually spent more than 500$ 5 hour trip and hotel included I would SUE ALL parties involved for this bait and switch waist of my time. I WILL never fall for this again.
